What started as a study into recyclable materials lead to this necklace and earring pairing that is made completely of non recyclable materials, therefore increasing their life cycle. An understanding of what can and cannot be recycled provides a basis of what materials and processes are sustainable and eco-friendly. This understanding has guided my design philosophy since. These pieces are made of light bulbs, super glue, nickel and plastic fishing line, plastic and metal disks.
